Homecroft is registered to accommodate up to
25 elderly residents either on a long-stay basis
or for shorter respite periods.
Many of our residents come to stay with us from
home or following a stay in hospital and often for
a trial period. We appreciate that our clients
have individual needs and preferences and that a
move into residential care is a big step. We are
pleased to undertake a care and social needs
assessment as part of the handling of your
enquiry. This can often involve consultation with
other health and social care professionals and
will help both you and us to understand whether
Homecroft will be able to meet your needs.
